There is not much information available about The Grange. When was it built, what is it’s history and who lived there?

Only one of the Spanish chestnut trees remains but only as an enormous stump.

Not a trace of the original buildings remains in what is now Grange Park.

This picture was taken in 1924 of a July fete, reputedly within the grounds of The Grange, Whitchurch. In the picture can be seen Doctor and Mrs Bargrave -Wyborne.
